The company’s involvement in the supply of soil and drainage sand materials to many of Sydney’s established golf clubs dates back to the early 1900’s.
The company’s Production Facility has advanced material handling, screening, washing and blending technology to accurately and uniformly mix any construction material to the required specification using its own soil quarry resources.
Organic amendments can be incorporated to produce the final blend specified by the golf course superintendent, course architect or turfgrass agronomist.
Industry recognised specifications like those of the United States Golf Association (USGA) or University of California can be readily produced.
Medium textured sand for topdressing. The USGA Topdressing sand fulfils the United States Golf Association (USGA) specification. Possesses a minimum of 60% of the sand particles between 0.20 – 0.50mm.
Medium textured sand for construction. The USGA Construction Sand fulfils the United States Golf Association (USGA) specification. Possesses a minimum of 60% of the sand particles between 0.20 – 0.50mm.
High quality sand for golf green construction and topdressing. Majority of sand fractions fall between 0.20 – 0.50mm. Clay & silt content less than 5%.
In addition to the above sand by incorporating organic amendments we are able to produce a final blend specified by the golf course superintendent, course architect or turfgrass agronomist.
A number of clean processed sand products to maximise infiltration characteristics, particle diameter ranging between 0.25-2.00mm designed for fine and medium sports turf applications.
Coarse aggregate products of various physical specifications composed of clean river gravels or processed basaltic rock for the maximum drainage efficiency. Matches bridging and uniformity coefficients specified by the United States Golf Association.
